Green Bear Snow Removal offers fixed fee contracts servicing the winter season beginning Nov 18 through April 15. Snow removal is performed by our professional team using the latest equipment, using only snow blowers for driveways. Service of your staked driveway occurs once per 24 hours once snow has reached a depth of 4” or more.

Walkway snow removal is offered for an additional hourly rate, availability may be limited.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the contract start and end dates? Contracts start November 18th through April 15th of the following year. We ask that all contracts be signed and paid in full prior to November 1st.

Will you provide stakes for my homes driveway? All homes under contract will be staked by the Green Bear team before the snow falls, we ask that you keep driveways free of vehicles and other items to allow us to adequately remove snow from the area.

How frequently will my driveway be cleared? Staked driveways will be cleared once every 24 hours after at least 4in of snow has fallen.

Do contracts and fees vary depending on how much snow falls? Our fixed fee contract covers snow removal for your home driveway for the winter season regardless of how much snow falls.

What equipment will be used on my driveway? Green Bear has a state of the art fleet of equipment including plows and blowers. We will only use blowers on driveways, allowing for fast and efficient snow removal with minimal damage to landscaping.

Will berms at the end of my driveway be removed? Green Bear will remove all snow berms on home driveways, due to the nature of plowing we cannot guarantee access to your driveway at any given time but we do our best to keep up with our plows to keep berms clear.

Do you offer walkway snow removal? Walkway snow removal is not included in seasonal contracts. Walkway snow removal is offered at an hourly rate however availability may be limited. Please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer driveway services in other communities? We currently offer home service to the Lahontan and Schaffer’s Mill communities. If you have commercial inquiries or request please reach out to us as snowremoval@greenbearconstruction.com
